Open Interfaces for AI Tool Integration

I really enjoy Noteey’s visual whiteboard-style knowledge organization. It is especially useful for long-term knowledge management, reading notes, project research, and personal knowledge systems.

As AI assistants become part of everyday workflows, I would love to see Noteey provide open interfaces that allow integration with AI tools, automation tools, MCP servers, or CLI workflows.

Ideally, this could include:

  1. A local or cloud API to read projects, canvases, cards, text blocks, links, relationships, and attachment metadata.

  2. API or CLI support for creating and updating cards, appending content, and building links between cards.

  3. Stable documentation for import/export formats such as .pcanvasx, so third-party tools can safely read and write Noteey data.

  4. Deep links that can open a specific project, canvas, card, or block from external tools.

  5. If possible, an official MCP server or plugin system, so tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and other AI assistants can access Noteey content with user permission.

I do not necessarily need AI tools to directly control the Noteey UI. What I would prefer is a safe and controllable interface layer, with options such as read-only access, project-level permissions, preview before write, and operation history.

This would make Noteey an even stronger personal knowledge base and visual knowledge management tool for the AI era, helping users turn AI-generated insights into a structured and reusable knowledge network.
