Please add reminders ...
Reminders would be a game changer to transform the platform in a GTD platform on top of what it already does. Initially it coud be just notifications in a specific area of the application. Further along the road, once the mobile app is available, this will then generate push reminders on mobile.

Small useful additional features
Great work so far. 1) Any chance to add an option for increasing page width in notes? (increasing the margins)? 2) Any plans to include a task management function in Noteey? 3) Lastly, any plans to include Kanban boards and table views in the notes? Thanks for clarifying.

filter all todo items in a board
todo items can get buried easily in cards.. any chance of adding a filter in the content/bookmark pane for resources to get a global view of all todos? otherwise they’re too sporadic to find at speed…

The canvas framework works similarly to PowerPoint, but it doesn’t allow you to export it as a PDF with separate pages—a feature that would be incredibly useful! It would streamline the entire process, from recording information and brainstorming to compiling a report, all in one place! Currently, it’s only available for demonstrations and cannot generate report files, so we strongly recommend adding this feature!

Added attachment management; unlinked attachments (such as images) can be deleted with a single click.
We hope to add attachment management, allowing unreferenced attachments (such as images) to be deleted with a single click. Currently, when images are deleted from note cards, they remain on the local device.

Want to transfer Heptabase's Markdown cards into Noteey, but only half successful?
The original cards in Heptabase, containing multiple images and text, were exported as a Markdown ZIP file. When imported into Noteey, only the opening text and one image are transferred. Is there a way to resolve this? The file is attached. Could you please take a look?

Picture size
When inserting a picture inside a card, the picture size can only be changed when the card is in the sidebar. However, when viewing the card in the canvas, the picture size has the same width as the card, making viewing other content in the card really difficult.

Urgent need for card interaction optimization
Currently, card arrow linking and resizing are inconvenient and require careful handling: First, the blue dot 🔵 for card arrow links only appears when the mouse hovers near the border and disappears when moved away. This area is extremely small, and the dot flickers if the mouse is unstable. This flickering makes it impossible to predict where the cursor will land, forcing users to repeatedly move the mouse near the border, wait for the dot to appear, and then click with extreme caution.Suggestion: Adopt Milanote's approach where clicking a card keeps the arrow dot permanently visible. This allows precise prediction and clicking. Additionally, the blue dot feels oversized. When the frame is small, its size remains unchanged, causing significant overlap between the resizing area and the blue dot. When I move the mouse to the bottom-right corner to adjust the frame, it triggers the arrow. The mouse cursor still only changes when hovering near the border, further limiting predictability. These actions still require careful handling—one misstep and the cursor bounces between the zoom box and the arrow-pulling chart. This has made me largely avoid card linking and zooming altogether. Milanote addresses this by placing a constant zoom indicator in the bottom-right corner, enabling much better prediction. Milanote's connection and adjustment interactions are quite smooth and worth referencing. Another point: Cloud Baidu Drive. Could opening the sync feature be non-intrusive? Ideally, it should default to off (syncing only when manually enabled), with refresh required to activate. Otherwise, the user experience suffers significantly each time.

Support advanced searching like "fuzzy search"
Why? HI Alex.. I'm really impressive with what Noteey has... But its search function is not great... It's slow.. and not support "Fuzzy searching"... Does'nt matter how great your app is... If you can't search with "fuzzy word", how can you find what you know it's in there??? Do you know Siyuan app... I really like its search function... Fast and furious... doesn't need to match "Exact word"... YOu can have the whole internet inside your app... But you must search using "exact word"... It's usseless.... How? I want it can search fuzzy matching with block text where the keyword order don’t matter… “you are” match with “How are you”… For language like German where a single noun can be formed from multiple word (without spacing) … It’s good if you can support searching one part of word inside a word… Basically like Siyuan… They can do it… I think the search function is the most crucial feature that most people don’t seem to realise when tesing a new note app..

Difficulty in outputting row-level formulas
Inline formulas can be accessed using the / command, but / must be placed at the beginning of a paragraph to trigger it. Since inline formulas are typically embedded within text rather than at the start of paragraphs, each time I need to use one, I must edit it on a new line, then copy and paste it to the desired location. Suggestion: Add a "Convert to Inline Formula" option to the context menu that appears when text is selected.

Upgrade the functionality of the whiteboard
I've tried many note-taking apps, and ultimately found Noteey to be the visual note-taking tool I've always envisioned. I genuinely love Noteey, but as a student, its price is too steep for me. So I ended up splitting the cost with others to buy a single-user license. After using it for a while, I feel that Noteey's core whiteboard functionality—the heart of its visual note-taking—still has significant room for improvement. Comparing Noteey with other note-taking apps I've used, I've noticed some advantages in other whiteboard tools that I hope Noteey will incorporate. The most feature-rich whiteboard I've used is Project-Graph ( though it's solely a whiteboard ). It's a graph theory-based whiteboard tool with an introduction on Bilibili, and I believe it's open-sourced on GitHub. I sincerely hope the developers can draw inspiration from it. Wishing Noteey continued improvement! 1. Display connection relationships from the whiteboard within card information 2. Enable mind map nodes to connect directly to cards 3. Support binding cards within frames. When moving a card, the frame should scale accordingly to keep the card contained within it, with support for nesting. Support for a single card to be contained within multiple frames simultaneously (i.e., implementing Venn diagrams). When the whiteboard is minimized, card content becomes nearly invisible. Displaying only the card title in such cases would be more practical and clear. Effect as follows: The following demonstrates some features of the project-graph software 4. Selecting and dragging a line unexpectedly disconnects the cards at both ends, moving only the line (which feels counterintuitive). I can't see the purpose of moving the line, as reconnecting it requires precise alignment, making it extremely cumbersome—it's easier to just redraw the line. Suggestion: Modify dragging to adjust the line's path without disconnecting the linked cards. Effect as follows: Additionally, I'd like to see improvements to the library filtering. Support displaying content from multiple tags simultaneously, with filter options like "All" and "Any." Also, I'd like to ask if the library can support multiple views? Like a tag database where different filters have distinct views.

Add Bidirectional and Plain Lines
The current line tool only supports unidirectional arrows, which limits its effectiveness for diagramming. Desired Features Bidirectional Arrow (Two-headed line) Plain Line (Line with no arrowheads) Current Problem Summary Two separate lines must be drawn for a two-way connection. These simulated bidirectional links break alignment when their connected frames/objects are moved.

When tapping on a content card, can all the lines of the current card be stroked as well?
When taking notes, for the sake of page clarity, we will adjust the opacity of some detail connection lines to 0-5% When clicking on a card, the card is highlighted with a stroke, but all the connection lines of the card will not be highlighted When the concept of a line is too far away, or the connection lines in the area are complex, it is difficult to trace where the card is connected. I would like to have a function that can trace the traced line and the other cards that the line is connected to when reviewing the card. I'd like to see a feature that highlights the traced line with the other cards it's associated with when reviewing the card.

Can the pop-up floating window include minimize and maximize buttons?
It's not very convenient to adjust. I hope windows set as floating pop-ups can also be maximized and minimized. If minimizing isn't practical, having the ability to maximize and restore to its previous size would suffice—just like the interaction logic for maximizing browser windows.
