Would like to be able to display and edit md files directly

I'm trying to import md files from ob into whiteboard and would like to leave the original location unchanged, but it doesn't seem to be possible to display and edit the contents of the .md files directly, meaning that I would need to convert all of them before I could use this software, which is too great a cost for me since I have hundreds of md files that are deeply organized.

If this feature was available, I think I'd be happy to support the 599 rate!
